This 3-story building features three 3-bedroom graduate housing units. Each unit has its own floor which includes a living room, eat-in kitchen, and a full bathroom. Kitchen amenities include a 30" electric range and full sized refrigerator. Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: one bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair, and dresser per bedroom.

Services such as cable TV, internet service, and wiring are not included in the cost of the living unit. These services can be contracted through local providers. Parking spaces, if available, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $125/month.

Occupancy is restricted to no more than three (3) occupants per unit.
