Units feature living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry on-site. Utilities such as heat, hot water, and electricity are included in the monthly rental rate. Occupants must contract for private provider services such as cable TV and internet.

Parking spaces, if available, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $150/month.
