This building features four 2-bedroom graduate housing units. Two are 2nd-floor units; two are 3rd-floor units. Each features a living room, eat-in kitchen, and a full bathroom. Kitchen amenities include a 30" electric range and full-sized refrigerator. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of this property.  Basic dormitory-style furnishings will be provided: one twin bed (frame and mattress), desk, desk chair, and dresser per bedroom.

Services such as cable TV and internet service are not included in the cost of the living unit. These services can be contracted through local providers. Parking spaces, if available, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $150/month.

Occupancy is restricted to no more than two (2) occupants.
